In my opinion a text is more descriptive than a photo because it can better explain the situation. For example: if theres a photo of a forest fire the photo usually cannot tell why the forest is in flames. Texts can tell the back story and photos usually cannot.

Art: Is creating a image/ scenario. It says something and has meaning.

Photography: is capturing an image to save/ to create a memory or an event. Photography is also art.
